what is a good tool to cut plexiglass besides scoring and snapping? I want to be able to cut teeth into plexi for a sump.

try a dremel,and a steady hand,worked for me to cut out an old baffel.

Table saw works the best. Circular saw will work in a pinch.

if you have a router table, that is the best way to cut teeth evenly.

I thought plexiglass would weaken & crack over time when exposed to saltwater? I thought that's why we use acrylic?
