lights question

i have 2 400 watt hamelton metal halides single ended and 6 t-5s. I was wondering what would be the best combination of lighting for growth. and what types of bulbs are the best of the best? i really appreciate any help.

I saw that tank today, not yours but at a LFS. Made my eyes sparkle. You definitely did the right thing choosing 400 watters! There's a guy named "grim reefer" on RC that is apparently the guy to ask about T5 lighting/coloration. Have you set your sights on anything for the halides?
