Hey guys who has the best price in town on these babies? Im going to purchase 2 for my 210 fowlr. Drsfostersmith just sent me their 25 anniversary catalog and they have them on sale for $44.99 and thats the cheapest ive ever seen them. Im trying to weigh in the fact of shipping but even with shipping I still think it will be cheaper than buying them in town. And any time I can save in this hobby im all for it.

Ray, AD on BrookHollow has them. Jason might cut you a deal if you buy two.

Jason has a ton of them, Jeremy has some as well. Big Als has them at the same cost as Fosters and Smith.

Oh sorry. I was being sarcastic.. LOL. Actually there are a few sellers, you have to look through them, that would save you some dough. Actually a lot of dough if you were buying 3 or more. You'd have to get a step up transformer, one guy has them for $5 each. From what my English friends tell me, these are the Hydor brand for them, same pump. Now if you could drop a 220/240 line to your tank you'd save money on the electric bill as they would only use about half the amps of a 110 plug, KWH are actually measurements of AMP draw. 3 of them on a 220 outlet would cost about the same to run as 1 on a US 120V outlet. You could then run more efficient lighting, return pumps and chillers, saving you money over the long run.

Makes since I think I will stick to the Hydors. I dont want to have to do any electrical; work, lol
