sump/refugium design

I'm starting to plan my sump and refugium. Since I have a hex I'm going to build a cabinet next to it which will still be very limited for space. Becasue of space it will be two 10gal tanks.

Here's my design let me know if you see any problems.

looks perfect. Just make sure to use unions!

i would skip all those baffels and just use a small damm b4 the return,thats what i did and i got more surface area in my sump, i will post a pic here soon!!
