The HQ bulbs have about 6 months use and the dual actintics have about 4.

thats a good deal how old is the fixture. that will fit my 210 perfect cool lets talk.

It's about 1 1/2 years old. In great shape, not a scratch or ding on it. I used the legs which are still on it and hold the fixture about 4 inches above the tank. I also still have the cables in a unopened box to hang it from the ceiling (like a lot of LFS).
