I had 2 firefish, and 2 purple firefish, very pretty looking fish. All of them were eaten by a crab that snuck in on my live rock :(

Canthigaster epilamprus
max size 4"
usually will not harm corals, may eat motile inverts (stars, cleaner shrimp) but should leave them alone if well fed.
feed them mysis, chopped krill, supplement feeding with frozen herbivore preparations (H2O life's #2 is good- like formula 2 without the gelatin) also give him a couple of clams on the halfshell a couple times a week to keep his teeth from growing into his jaw.
This is info from my website- what I've gathered from various books and experiences of friends and customers as i haven't kept one- yet.

I keep learning every day, and I'm passionate about what I do! Good luck with getting everything for your tank figured out. There are plenty of people here to help, and a LOT of them know way more than me!!!

you'd probably rarely see the yasha hase or the clown gobies (although there are those that are regularly out in the open) but they'd do fine in a well established tank.
