I'm sure I asked this before, but where are you again? I would LOVE LOVE LOVE that purple cap and the second cap you listed!!!! Do you have more than one frag of each? If so, I'd take two purple and one of the other...let me know.

Great stuff. I bought some of the Warp Speed, Purple Cap, and blue Xenia. It all looks great in my tank. I think it is called Warp Speed because it coloration/green speckles makes it look as if you are traveling at warp speed. It is very unique coral that I have never seen before. As always he has the best prices and is a good guy.

Glad you asked Devonian,..the name is relevant on 3 counts:
1. It looks like the stars from the space ship in every movie,...right before they hit warp speed...and if you focus on this cap and move your head it will actually leave tracers.
2.It grows fast.
3. It grows warped.
Oh Yeah!! and then theres #4: Got tired of older members correcting me on the latin scientific names and species (I love you Jim....you never call me anymore??)

No Metal Halides required for the Montipora Warpspeedius...it is very low in my tank. It will probably just not grow as fast with PC or T5 or VHO. It looks great under PC.

If anyone is thinking about getting corals from Garrett you should know they are killer. I went up this weekend to get 3 myself, and i left with 13. I couldnt help myself. He has lots of great corals at very fair prices. And what a nice guy to talk to. If your in to Sps you have to go and see Garrett. Thank you so much Garrett, all mine are doing great. They were all opened up within a hour of being in my tank. And that was with a Hr and a half drive home. Im stupid and had to stop at Walmart for glue..lol..
