how large is the hammer?

my maited pair has taken a liking to my frawgspawn instead of thier old GBTA

if it is small get em an anemone that they are compatable to

you may be able to pull off having a BTA if you feed it

The hammer should be fine. I had 2 clowns host in my torch, hammer and my torch hybrid, with no ill affect. Just keep an eye that they are not stressing it out too much. I'm actually thinking of using my torch for them to host in since my anemone bit the dust!!!

i've have an anemone under pc since week one of set up and is doing fine if anything avoid the carpet grow to big for your tank.the ritteri gets pretty big i think the disc is about 39 inches or so when it expands so thats out aswell. i would personaly chose a bubble tip or long tentacled like we had at work. depending which you like. the disc is going to be about 12inches so a lot better. keep in mind it will take time before you see it get that big but might save a headache or two later.

yeah actually depending on how long the tank is set up for also matters as well so yeah you could try an anemone
