Question for those who have used penductors. I already have a Tunze Wavebox for this new tank. I hope to pick up a 6100 at some point as well. I have a Koralia #4 I will mount on one overflow in rear for good flow at the back. Would putting a penductor on each return line be too much? I have two 3/4" returns with the Iwaki 55rlt as my return pump.

I am interested in trying them out, but at $25 each that would be an expensive experiment if it didn't work.

Thanks,

Lee

if the iwaki is your return pump i think that putting penductors would only be wise if it was on say your closed loop. you got the right pump to run em on since the iwaki is pressure rated, however i would just leave them as regular outputs that way you get a good turnover and maximum exposure to your filtration and skimmer

I would definately use them.

You're always better using Tunzes etc., but if you're already running this pump too, there's no reason not to.

Check with Ace. I had some that I think went with all the setup last spring. He might still have one or two.
