this is david saxby's reef tank, someone posted it on RC, and i thought everyone here might want to see it.

Good GOD, all those fish are insane.....That yellow and white tang is sweet (Tri Color in the second link)...

I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tank is what? Roughly 1500 gallons? Did I calculate correctly?

the artical says the tank is 1200 gallons but the total system volume is 3700 gallons :hypnotyized:

now that is an ultimate reef tank!

I didn't care for the weirdly colored yellow tangs, but the tank simply was amazing to watch!

I also loved seeing the goldflake angel, even nipping at the softie, no problem with that much coral, a few bites won't hurt it!

I think he owns his own electricity power plant. I live in a apartment right now and keeping everything off nearly all the time and just running the 75G ran my bill up to $185 last month. :hypnotyized:

Yeah, the article said a 700 gallon water change was 20% of the tank's volume!
