Hello,

I have two Red Empress, one about 5-6" and another one about 3-4", a red top jaro, yellow lab, acei about 4-5", a blue ahli i think about 4-5", a male red fin borleyi about 5-6" and my frontosa that is about 6" now. Only price i have so far is $65 for my frontosa..not sure on the others, plus id have a bunch of rock to get rid of too. if interested pm me for pics.
thank you

Try to take them to Dave. Go to www.davesfish.com to get his info. I am not sure what he can do for you, but it is a thought. Good luck with your sale. I would get them but I am moving to Alaska in 13 weeks.

i think armkes is closed. they used to be in new braunfuls, but i believe keegan sold the shop to someone else. they used to buy fish, as well as import many f0/f1 cichlids.

your big red empress is worth about 50$.

your fronts are probably worth more, since 1-2" frontosa fry can get up to 20$ a piece.

a red top jaro, depending on size, 15-25$.
yellow lab, depending on size and coloration, 5-20$.
acei about 4-5", not sure on this one.,
a blue ahli i think about 4-5". ahh syanochromis fryeri. not sure if i spelled that right, but thats one of the more metallic-blue cichlids. dependin on the strain (standard and iceberg), 30-75$. the icebergs have a white blaze going from their top lip to the start of their top fin. there is another cichlid like this, i forget its name, cept its metallic blue with a BRIGHT yellow blaze going from the tip of its lip to almost the end of its tail.

a male red fin borleyi about 5-6", not sure on this one either.

as far as cichlid clubs, check out www.cichlid-forum.com . i had excellent luck there when i sold/traded fish, and they are really knowledgable about cichlids. no weirdos there either ;)

Only problem with hillcountrycichlidclub.com is they only let members post in the trading forum.

Dave will probably only give you store credit for the fish and he only carries fresh water fish so you wouldn't be able to trade for salt water stuff.

You might have better luck on cichlid-forums.com. Good luck on the sale.
