Panworld and Iwaki Pumps

1 Panworld 150ps, about 2 years old and works fine. $125

1 Iwaki 100rlt, about 3 years old, has rust on the outside and on fan, and makes a dinging noise when starting but goes away once it speeds up. $100

can the seio pump be used to pump from small sump to main tank? Or is it a powerhead only. I have a small 30 gallon tank, and I was recently given a diy 10gallon sump by a very generous guy on this forum, and I need a pump that will push water up about 3.5 feet.

No, sorry it's a powerhead and can't be attached to any kind of piping.
