Well the time has come for me to sell my project tank, well short before the first drop of water was placed in it. I am moving up to Michigan for a new job (same product line, new company). With the move being cross country, and the apartment I'm moving in not allowing aquariums, I am going to have to sell off my 156g setup. I was just 2 steps away from being operational. I just needed to finish the woodwork for the 'skin' of the stand and canopy. The last step was to just mix the saltwater!
$600 for everything listed below!
My tank build is on the link below. Potential buyers of the tank, stand, and sump can see many a photo of it as it was built.

Oceanic 156 gallon aquarium (5' x 2' x 2') aquarium with dual overflows, cherry trim, Starboard bottom (siliconed to the bottom pane of glass), and it has a drilled hole for a 1" bulkhead on the lower back wall for a closed loop intake. The stand is 6' long, 25" deep, and 40" high. It is made out of 1.25" square tubing, Line-X'd for superior protection. Since the tank is 5' long, the stand has a 1' plenum, for outlets, and wires to travel to the canopy. There are pre-wired outlets for all of the electrical needs. Two outlets are connected to switches. One is for the return pump and the other is for the skimmer. Connected to the frame is a shop light for convienece while doing maintenance.

I'm looking forward to the change. It will be an experience for sure. Its not everyday you can relocate for your job for free. And if it doesn't shake out in a few years...I know my way home back to Texas!

Thanks. I figured it would have sold by now also. Of course the sale price is always negotiable. I would rather sell this before I leave San Antonio...due to one less head ache to deal with. Packing up my entire plant at work, plus my personal belongings, and setting up a new life has made a very stressfull month....

Not to hijack the thread but i hear ya regarding the stressful move. I moved my reef tank acrossed the county from idaho to here. I took the passenger seat out of the rental truck hooked up a 12v converter to several power heads and heaters. Had a big 50 gallon tub where the passenger seat was suppose to be and a 25gal rubbermaid full of stoney's. Figured i had about 3 days before everything went tits up. Thank good it was cool enough at night.
Someone will buy that set-up, I'm confident!
happy turkey day,
