what makes this fish such an expensive fish ranging from 100+ dollars. only thing i can see is how the white line is longer to the sides but why so much.

Because it is rare. High demand and small quantities = market price.

They are one of ORA's mad creations....they are bred from a single pair in their facility (so the folk tale goes) and thus there aren't as many available as your typical clown. An even more expensive one is the snowflake clown, that one is bred in a facility in England. Ugly in my opinion, but demands LOTS more cash than a picasso.
