Titles Don't Change? --double click the thread title-- ;)

I can't figure out why the title won't change to my post(s) when I go to advanced edit. No one can mark anything as Sold because the title wont change. Is this true for everyone, or am I in need of a(nother) sign?

put your mouse at the exact end of the link where the html hand goes away, then double click

brian could have the permissions set not to allow this though which could be why it doesnt work for you

Yeah Erik...I tried changing mine too by accessing "Advance Edit" and it allows you to change the title but for some reason it only shows up within the thread title and it does not update the thread title link when you are viewing the forum.

The double click thing mentioned above does not work either.

i've been trying to do this too, in order to keep my ongoing sales threads more orderly and user freindly. i guess the powers that be haven't noticed this yet? it really seems like an important editting option.
