Update:

We will be plumbing a tank and sump during the meeting. The tank/stand/hood/sump will be raffled off at the meeting. More details to come.

I will have TONS of used equipment for sale. I encourage anyone to bring anything they would like to sell.

Come join us!

Plumbing 101 sounds perfect for me, but NE Austin is a pretty far drive for my gas-guzzling two-seater. Are any San Antonio folks going that would want to carpool? I'd be happy to pay for gas.

I have a request for someone in the North Austin/Round Rock area, I cannot attend the meeting as my niece plays for Missouri State Basketball and they are in town playing UT that Day and time!! Would anyone mind recording the demonstration for me? I have a sweet zoa frag for anyone who can. My camera plays Mini DV tapes.

Thanks,

Lee

Maybe a silly question, but does anyone bring their children to meetings held at member's homes?

****ed off made very clear that i needed to leave work by 2-2:30, but they wouldn't let me leave until 4:30 almost. i wouldn't have been able to make it anywhere close to north austin by any time before 5:30-6, so i just stayed home

If anyone deserves it, MissT does! She is always so helpful.

I know she will put it to good use! Congrats MissT!

Thanks, Sean, I haven't wasted any time getting it going. It's already got liverock, sand and water in it LOL.

Another note:
I want to thank David for opening up his home for us, I think I can speak for all of us in saying that we truly appreciate your hospitality. Also, thanks to Mike for doing the plumbing demonstration. I know for some people that can be one of the more intimidating things about putting a tank together and you did a great job of keeping it simple and informative.
