Sun coral = low light, polyps more likely to come out at night. I feed the fish PE Mysis and frozen brine. Additives are: B-Ionic, equal parts of 1 and 2, 100% kalkwasser for top off, thats it!

Plankton, mysis, bloodworms, brine, krill, ghost shrimp, and nori... I am trying out Aragmilk, it's a single dose that does calcium and ph.
My key is aggressive water changes. :)

I feed my sun coral frozen brine. I have them under 250w metal halide and they will come out. I have had them like that since March and have had no bleaching affect on the sun coral at all. You have to train them to come out in full light.

sun corals 101...lol
Put them in a bowl with tank water, put lots of food in and stir. Do this every night until you get a feeding response. It may take a few days/weeks. After they come out with regularity they should come out in your tank when they smell food in the water.

i have a calcium reactor and kalk reactor for calcium, alkalinity and mg (pellets in calc. reactor), so i add no chemicals.
daily: fish get nori, formula 1, mysis, bloodworms and krill
weekly: corals get home made frozen food (got it from todd, but will make my own when it is gone) following Bleu method or borneman's recipe.
