I have the following for sale:
Smith press - $150
300 lbs metal plates w/bar and weight stand to store plates - $75
Nautilus bench with preacher curl and leg press attachments, VERY nice bench, pretty much brand new cost over $450 at Hess Fitness- $250
Squat rack with ab swing slings - $75
A Smith press is a bench press with the bar on rails so you do not need a spotter. You can set the spotter bars wherever you want them. The bar has hooks on it so you can rack it by turning your wrists. This smith press does not have that wierd counter weight that you find in some gyms. The bar is free on the rails.
I go to a regular gym and need the garage space. Give me a call at 210-495-0373 if interested. The equipment can be taken apart for easier transport. This is very good gym-quality stuff (I bought it from a gym). The paint is not perfect, but it works just fine.
Will sell all of the above for $400.
