Disappointment Today

I went by the store today after not seeing a Closed Tuesday hand made sign in the glass doors. I do not remember seeing that last weekend when I stopped by since it was not where the hours sign is. I called and no answering machine so would have not known even if I called before dropping by. I went out of my way to go there!

I think during the summer he was opened every day including Tuesday.There is a hand written sign on the door.Not sure why no answering machine to state open days and hours.Give him another chance,he does have a great store.

Jason was open everyday during the summer. He quickly ran himself down, and with how great that store is I can believe it! It's an awesome store and all the guys there are a really fun bunch, and knowledgeable! FYI Jason also closes earlier some days for Spurs games, and you can't blame him there either!

When they first opened I believe they were closed on Mondays. After awhile they changed that to Tuesdays and it was even announced here on the site. I can understand being disappointed in going to a store and them being closed, but it's not their fault if it's their regular day off, whether it's a hand written sign or a big neon sign flashing on the highway, it's their regular day off.

They've been closed on Tuesdays for a long time, but I even forget and go by like I did yesterday. Tuesday is the only day out of the week they are closed, that hand written sign has also been there for quite some time, but they do need an answering machine.

I am not trying to dump on them but just to say I have been there once before and was really looking forward to yesterday's trip to actually buy some items. Just say, I will go back but a few constructive criticisms never hurt anyone.

I called them today and they did a great job on the phone to the point I confessed to be one to post this thread. The friendly salesperson did call me a 'jerk' but I deserved it! No worries, I will be by tonight to purchase some livestock.

im glad he chose tuesdays to close because it seems most others close mondays

ive known he was closed tuesdays for a long time now, yet at least twice ive caught myself pulling into his parking lot on tuesday before i realized what day it was :dummy:

Stopped by this evening and pickup a small Coral Beauty and Foxface. Very nice selection and awesome help from Conrad. Will be back soon...keep up the great work!

They have fixed the had written sign, and to find something so insubstantial to complain about speaks for it self. If thats your only complaint about Jason and his crew....WHY COMPLAIN???

I believe the disappointment stemmed from having to drive into town only to discover that the store you were relishing going to was closed. It was a disappointment, which is understandable with gas prices like they are! :)
