Getting out of the hobby - everything for sale/giveaway

I've decided not to kill any more fish and to break down/sell the tank. I need to get everything out this coming weekend as I want the tank out of the family room by 10/1. Everything must be picked in Cibolo up during this coming weekend, so I'm not likely to refuse whatever price you feel is fair for anything. The following are available on a "make offer" basis:

Livestock:
1 2.5" female percula
1 2.5" Banggai cardinal, sex unknown
1 3" royal gramma, sex unknown
2 serpent stars - 1 brown, 1 harlequin
3 branching hammer frags, ranging from 1 to 4 polyps
2 branching frogspawn frags, 3-5 polyps each
1 rock flower anemone
4 green ricordea (3 are on one rock and go together...other is quite small)
several colonies of GSP, zooanthids & mushrooms
assorted hermits & snails...may still have some emeralds alive in here too
approx. 80 lbs live rock (giving this away...don't feel I can sell this due to repeated problems with aiptasia and dinoflagellates. Rock has lots of halimeda & some caulerpa growing on it. Should be good for cycling a new tank).

Equipment:
Tank (100gal Ocean View "brick" with stand)
Sump (20-gal long with partitions added)
Tunze Turbelle 6060 flow pump
3 Maxi-Jet powerheads (900s and a 1200)
Overflow box (with cracked/taped U-tube)
EuroReef ES5-3 skimmer (pump replaced in last year)
2 250-watt MH DE pendants w/epoxy-filled ballasts
Phosban reactor


Livestock *must* be gone by end of next weekend. Anything I have left by dinnertime on Sunday will be taken to Fin Addict. Would like to get the rock out first so I can more easily catch the critters. Updating status - (which I should have done days ago :( )

Everything but the tank and stand (asking $150), the skimmer ($50...it's an in-sump rated at 90 gallons) and one large zoanthid/palythoa rock ($15) has been claimed. I need to get the rest of this stuff out of my house by Sunday if at all possible, so I'm prepared to negotiate on everything :)

BTW, I still have a few medium-sized chunks of live rock. The person who was going to take the rock from my sump couldn't do it because of a leaky tank at home, so I need to find a home for this last little bit of stuff. If anyone wants to come by this evening and pick up a few pounds of rock, I'd be grateful.
