Who has the best prices in town on uncured Live rock? Im going to need to buy 100-150lbs of it so i want to know my options. I may buy 50lbs or so and just seed a bunch of base rock.

I've seen the most rock at Texas Tropical and at Fintique. I have also seen some pricier stuff at Alamo Aquatics. Best selections would be TT and Fintique, IMHO.

Ive never been to Fintique but TT I think is overpriced. Ive been wanting to check out Fintique thou. Ed at Phenomenal has it for $3.25 a lb a may just buy from him.

I'll tell you what.....for about 3.25/lb...I just got me some NICE fiji....catch you say???? It is dried Fiji....if you go to reef central and look up marco rocks you will see pictures of some of the nicer big peices. And I want to say that for about 3.75 you can cherry pick, which he sends you pictures of peices before you buy....

Right now he has a sale going on with $5 shipping....What is great about buying dry rock is that this stuff is light, so you end up with more, as opposed to buying some that is weighed down with water and such. I bought 25 lbs of the stuff and it showed up last night and I specifically asked for small to medium peices to fit a 20 gallon...And I still had too much to go into my tank (will go into the sump)....I will definitely use him for my 220. And I beleive he was at MACNA also...

Yeah, for live rock you need to talk to Ed at Wolf/Phenominal or talk to Richard out at CB Pets. Both give great deals on box quantities and will order in what you want.
