Sump/fuge combo

I have been intrested in upgrading my sump and fuge and found this setup on melevs reef web site, http://www.melevsreef.com/acrylics/sumps/l/sump_model_l.html.

I just wanted to see what everybody thought about this setup and if anyone could build it.
