Anybody knows where i can buy some MH unisho bulb 10k single end 250watts or something comparable....thx

you can buy 250w se bulbs at Aquarium Design. He carries Reeflux bulbs there as well!

which bulbs are the best out there or i should stay with the unisho that my fixture came with?

I use Reeflux 12K and I'm very happy with them. I have never used Ushio bulbs, though.

Ushio were the first bulbs I used and got great growth with the 10Ks, but for color you can't beat reeflux or phoenix!!!

Yeah, Anthony hit the nail on the head. Phoenix or Reeflux will probably be the most recommended.
