skimmer question.

Ok I've turned off my skimmer thinking it may be putting tiny bubbles into my tank. My question is if it is the problem do the skimmers you put inside the wet/dry do this to? I'm running a hang on crp right now is there a trick to fix this?

All skimmers have the potential. I've never had any issues whatsoever running Euroreef skimmers in regards to microbubbles.

are reef octopus skimmers any good?

They are making a name for themselves. using an Aquamedic pump, so I've been told, and some of the design features of Euroreef and Deltec. My only concern with the Chinese knockoffs is that they make look the part but was any science used in the design. Just because I could toss a pump to a piece of tubing and call it a skimmer does not mean it will work that well.
