Anyone ever had a clown fish eat a T clam? I just realized that my oldest, about 2 years, Crocea was completely cleaned today. It was beautiful yesterday and gone today. Then I noticed a long streamer coming from my maroon clown's mouth and it just happened to be parts from the clam.

Maybe if the same thing happens as last time you'll wake up to your other clam with a Maroon sticking out of it's mouth.

I've never heard of one eating a clam but large maroons can definately become non-reef safe. That's why I have a black ocellaris instead of a huge maroon clown now. That fish had to go!
