I had Green Bubble Tip Amenome few weeks ago.. I am not sure what I do feeding GBTA, I do feed frozen Mysis, Krill, Brine. My paired Ocellaris ( I had them about 6 months ) seems not interesting host GBTA, I think that the previous owner didn't introduced or aquaculture. That is no problem. I try to understand what to feeding, how many time to feeding?

If the GBTA become thinner is sign of hungry? enlarge tentacle that means the GBTA is full?

The equipment is two Korillia #4 plus 500 gph return. I try to make water waved but impossible....The lighting is 6x54 watts.

Can you tell me more about Amemones.

sounds like the right stuff. I shot the thawed food through a large syringe into the tentacles and mouth area for a few months. I Fed them once a day. They grew fine. Once they're bigger they get the food on there own from what ever you dump in the tank. If it shrivels up for more than a day, then more than likely you have water quality issues. Hope this helps. cheers!

I've read many an article that says it is impossible to know for sure what causes a BTA to "bubble". There are plenty of documented cases of healthy looking specimens that refuse to bubble and instead look like long tentacle anemones. If the tentacles are long and thin be careful of over feeding attempting to get the bubble back.

The BTA has "bubble" and enlarge. I did feed the frozen mysis today and look good. I will keep it check GBTA everyday to make sure that well feeding,

I will post the picture when I have time.

I've had my BTA for over a year and its only bubbled up once or twice. It's very healthy though and has split a few times.
