Ok so if you check out my thread on my OM dart closed loop now i have the next question should i hook up penductors on my outputs or will it make my DSB look like a sandstorm.
for those curious about what a penductor is http://www.kthsales.com/website/Misc/hello_salt_water_enthusiasts.htm
see other thread for output designs and tank specs

I've met a few people that run them and really like them. The hard part is accepting how truly large they are in person. They seem so small when looking online to buy them.

That is exactly what I was worried about. I don't want a giant thing in my tank. That is the reason for the closed loop. I noticed the they interchanged the word penducters and educators. I find that odd.

I use 2 Penductors on a six foot long tank. I like the flow and dont mind the size. I have them on a horizontal plane and they do not kick up the sand in my tank.
