A friend of mine is looking to get into saltwater tanks and I will be the one providing most of the equipment he will be needing except for a light. He is not sure of what type of lighting system he wants for now, but would like to know what others have for sale.
Thanks Jake

How soon? Like now or in a couple of months? I may soon have a 48" 2x 250W halide with 2x 96w pc actinics in a nice looking hood powered by 2x Icecap and a Fulham 7.

thanks mike!

You should still wait and buy Mike's fixture.

I'm thinking he wants to have it setup by next weekend. How much were you thinking about selling the light setup for and around when do you think it would be available Mike???

It'll be about 2 months before I get my new lighting in. I was holding out to sell my 75 as a complete running package for about $1,000 including light, Trigger Fish sump, Euroreef skimmer, Eheim return, timers, cords, stand, canopy etc... I'd probably ask about $400 for the lights and see what offers came in. The ballasts alone would cost that much or more.
