Looks like I'll be closing on my first home this weekend. The house has everything but a fridge. If you have a nice clean fridge LMK. I see them on CL everyday at affordable prices but I figured I'd ask here first. Could also use a clean lawn mower, nothing fancy needed.

Mike, we have an older Honda lawnmower that you are welcome to. Just understand that it's self propelled, and the self propelled part doesn't work... and it doesn't roll well. It LOOKS like it just needs a new belt, but... Also, the rear tires are worn out, and sooner or later it will need a new clutch (this is one with a blade clutch so the mower keeps running but the blade stops). We are just going to put it out for the trash on the next "brush day". If you aren't interested, no big deal - I wouldn't be!

Mike the house you live in now is sooooo coool. I will miss the porch when I come buy to pick up things from you. But....owning a house is so much better than renting.

Congrats! We are doing the exact same thing. Do you need help moving the tank or any other big stuff?

Dave ain't it cool? Yeah that's why we rented it for 3 years. Too bad the landlady has gone bonkers. haha, when the lending company called her to verify my rent she told them she didn't know me and did not rent houses.... The city once came to cut down overgrown trees near power lines, the police were called to restrain her... So um yeah my time here is done. We would've tried buying this place except we couldn't afford the $6,000 a year in taxes. Keep posted for pics of the new place, not posting any until I have the keys.

HD, we have an entire month to move so it should be alright. Thankfully I can move the 400g tank with just one friend, those suction cups sure come in handy. It's the 125g that scares me more. The same guy that helped me drag it all the way into the house is going to help drag it out.

Bill I'm all over the semi-retired lawn machine. Heck yeah the best part is the self propeller does not work, that means I'll have to work just that much harder myself. Thanks. I'll need to find a day you will be home and I can make it to SA. It's not that difficult to convince myself to go to Chacho's.

Works for me, Mike. Just so you understand - in it's current condition, it's NOT real easy to push. It pushes, it just doesn't quite "free wheel". I'm sure it could be quickly modded, but... It's sitting here in my storage shed. You are welcome to come by any time - if we aren't here, my neighbor who works for me is!
