I have a Dual PFO 48" VHO retrofit, Includes:
-Dual enclosed ballast box with quick disconnects
-all wiring
-3 sets of endcaps with standoffs (forth is missing)
-2 110w full actinic bulbs 3 months old
-1 110w 50/50 bulb 3 months old

this is currently running on my system if you want to come see it
