I am thinking about getting a regal angel for my aquarium but have found that there is two different kinds. One is a red sea angel and the other is a indo-pacific. I was just wandering what the big difference were because one is alot more expensive then the other. Also I have never bought a fish online so if any of you have a good place to buy this fish please let me know. Thanks

Aquadome almost always has them for around $40 which is a steal.

The Red Sea ones are MUCH prettier, their bellies are usually a vibrant yellow while the indos can be dull with gray belles.
We've got a Red Sea and he is by-far the prettiest fish in the tank, and was 'reef safe' until about 6months ago..needless to say he has ate about $500 worth of meat corals (LPS aka donut corals) and been re-named "Green-mile" b/c he is a dead man walking...lol. We are STILL trying to catch him.

Thats Funny,. Are most regal angels guilty of feeding on corals?
