Is it worth it to get a uv sterilizer, if so what kind or brand for a 125 gallon tank?

personally i had one and saw absolutely no difference that being without. other people swear by them. if your are getting it to help get rid of ick then i say not to get one, but if it is just to help with your water quality then the choice is yours.
