After a long home search it appears we are getting very close to being home owners. I'm still quite a ways away at collecting the gear necessary to "complete" the set up the way I wanted and fear that the first year of owning a home will have several set backs and pit falls that will prevent me from firing off the tank that I bought one year ago and has now been sitting in a rented storage shed. I'm entertaining offers, if an offer is acceptable I will part with the system. There will be absolutely no parting out, it's either all or nothing... I figure if it doesn't sell I'll eventually set it up so no reason to have to purchase the items that did sell. Here goes.

380g acrylic tank, excellent condition.
oak stand and canopy.
about a 50g sump
5' tall Euroreef skimmer with 4 recently upgraded Eheim 1262 mods.
Includes 4 brand new extra needle wheels valued around $500 just for
the extra impellers.
NIB Sequence Dart pump
1/2hp inline chiller
NIB ReefKeeper II controller with additional heavy amp circuit. Paid over
$400.
sand
over 700lbs of dry Fiji rock
giant MRC dual chamber calcium reactor
NIB Milwaukee regulator/electric solenoid
1 piece of clove polyp rock that is about 3' diameter, a gorgeous red.
About 12" tall, this thing covers the top of my refrigerator.

I may toss in the 300GPD AquaFX Mako RO/DI unit.

What I don't have is lights, a good sump, or internal tank flow.

Make offers.

Ok folks I've gotten a lot of PM's...

First of all quit apologizing or saying you are sorry, my Mom didn't die or anything. I'm not even in any sort of hurry, it's just my life is taking on a new direction with new possibilities so it seems in reality I may not even have the room to set it up.. So let's start with "Hey man congratulations on becoming a home owner".

Second I was very explicit in the fact that I WILL NOT PART OUT. This means I wouldn't even sell you one of the new 2" bulkheads separately. Period. If it does not sell in one piece I will set it up in the new house, it just may be another year until I do it. It's simple. I'm offering it up now to anyone that is serious and wants this type of challenge or I will go back to buying a piece a month as I was until this point.

Oh and if your offer does not have at least 5 zero's after your first number don't bother typing it. For those that are still confused 5 zeros looks like this #000.00.

not sure I can fit a second 380 gal,(or would even want to) but what are the measurements of the tank?

Congradulations on being a home owner! Seriously!

Since these items are paid for (in full), and if you really don't need the money right now (but you may/may not), keep it! I understand that there is a unforcean future ahead with the house and all....but its a real pain in the arse to recoup equipment and good deals you got on them. Unless that is you got a different setup in mind! I'm sure you will make the right decision either way you go.

Well Jim I figured I was straight forward enough the first time about not splitting it up but boy was I wrong. So I was going to say "unless your offer has 3 zeros behind it" But then I was afraid of getting offers like "$10.00" because that would lead to 3 zeros behind the first number, lol.

Approximately

83Lx30.5Wx34T

Just about 7x3x3. The 30-31"W is so that you can fit it through a door. Stand is about 32"high with the canopy adding about 12-16" more. Figure it to be about 82" or 7' overall on height. It has the typical corner overflows with 2" main drains and I think 1" returns. SeaClear is the manufacturer, the stand and canopy were made by them as well. The canopy was manipulated by Pete (Former MAAST guru) with an additional piece of Oak to make the canopy about 4" taller, looks factory. This made it easier to add halides under the canopy. The acrylic top has 3x openings about 2x2 for access. My plan was to run them open even though I have lids.

I do not have pics as it is stored far away in a storage lockup. I visit monthly to check on it. I wrapped the entire tank and stand in brand new movers cloths to protect it all.

Ill check top see if it will fit, not sure. Im like everyone else though, if you are staying in the hobby, or even thinking about returning, I would hold on to everything. Ask the people who left for awhile ..... you will have to buy everything again, usually for more money. When you sell you usaully take a big hit on price.(im sure you didnt know that :) . If your buying a new house(congrats on that) find a place to store it there to save on storage fees.

Ah but I'm not leaving, I have 7 tanks running at the moment. Just thinking 75-150g might be more appropriate for a 940sqft home. Did anyone actually think I was going to part ways with my Efflo?
