Who carries it in San Antonio? And how much does it normally cost?

Also, will it perform a good seal with acrylic and PVC?

I don't think anyone in SA sells it. I always ordered mine from www.craftics.com . And yes, it is perfect for bonding acylic to PVC. It's a bit more work using it as it is a two part mix that must be mixed in a certain ratio. You also only have so much time to use it after mixing it so don't mix too much at a time.

Good deal. I'll call Regal and Allied. I was at Regal last Friday and forgot to ask them if they had any. I know they didn't have any in their front display case. We use 90 second epoxy at work and that stuff actually is almost un-usable in less than 60 seconds! Gotta be quick with it and have everything lined up before using it :)

I can't remember how long before it starts to harden, but I think it's a few minutes. I used it a lot when I built my sumps. I would use #4 to make all the joints and then later I would go back over the insides of the joints to reinforce them with the #40.

As far as getting the right amount of each part to mix together, I used some old plastic syringes from my Salifert test kits.

I forgot some stuff when I was at allied(wed) so I stopped by regal on the way home instead of turning around(first time to go to regal and I wont ever go back) but they did not have weld on 40. Dont know if they maybe ordered some by now. They said they dont use/sell it much. Not sure if allied had it eaither
