Acrylic Hinges

Does anyone have a source in Austin or San Antonio for some acrylic spring hinges? I need a spring hinge that would slowly open an acrylic lid. Everything I've seen has been soft close spring hinges for wood with spring rates of 90lbs at the minimum.
