i have aptasia on one frag of zoas in my frag tank
what can i do to eliminate them from that one frag? reef dip? chunk the frag?

I used a lighter, one of the little torch ones. Make sure you burn it reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaalllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyy yyyyyy good.

it looks like the zoa colony was built on a piece of lps skeleton and they are both comming from the pores so i dont know if that would work without destroying the zoas

I'd just sacrifice the frag, or if you can cut the zoas off the frag and re-attach them to another surface, then toss the old one, that would be the best.

One drop of Blue Life Aiptasia Control on each one of the littler buggers will do it.

ive got a bad aptasia problem on the rock i got. looks like a copper band butterfly and a peppermint shrimp are in my tanks future :)

does anyone have pictures of aptasia, i don't even know what to look for, i may already have it and not even know it.
