Need opinions and experience on what to use to paint the underside of my canopy. I want it white, but do I just use latex or should I go w/ oil based? Anything else that works better?

There is a marine grade white paint they sell at Home Depot. That stuff works awesome. It is sold quart size containers.

I used a leftover piece of white countertop laminate to line my canopy.
Should be able to buy a piece pretty cheap.
Easy to clean, no rotting and reflective.
It works.
