Today I saw it move. So I dont know if its somethen I need to get out or leave. I always seen the housing of it but never really seen anything in it. But its has a white tube with spikes about a inch long now. The worm in side of it is a dark color that has spider webs coming out of it. I tried looking at WWM. Couldnt find anything.

If you could help out.

Yeah, vermetids don't move. They attach to a spot and stay there for life. Sometime you'll see an acro colony where the acro has grown around one encasing it, except for a small spot where the snail puts out it's slimy web.

They are good because they grab detritus out of the water with the slime web and then suck it in and eat it. Some people kill them off though because they can/will multiply and then you have lots of slimy webs in your aquarium. I have lots in my tank, they don't bother me and they won't harm anything.
