I just picked up 2 clowns that have been together for the past 5yrs. They are new to my 125g. They are getting friendly with a flat brain is that odd?

They will be alright and the brain will get used to them, too. Bexar, you should try and get an anemone because it sounds like that's what they are looking for. I wish my other one was big enough, I'd sell him to you but right now my clowns leave it alone and host in the big one. A pair would beat it to death right now.

I bought a condy at the same time I bought my Ocellaris and it only hangs around my frogspawn.

I've not ever heard of a clown hosting to a condy. From what I've read clowns ignore condy's, something about them being from completely different areas.
On a small thin LPS I'd keep an eye for irritation. It is common for clowns to flatten the flesh against the skeleton and killing off portions of LPS.

I have 2 anemones and they have not gone to either one. They have stoped messing with the flat brain and just swim free. I moved my larger anemone to what I hope is a more receptive spot. ( If it will stay..)
