I need to remove a LTA and a Condylactis from some live rock, what's the safest/easiest way to do this?

i have had success w/ putting an ice cube in a plastic bag and slowly just touching the foot getting it to retract.

If you can suspend the rock its on above the surface of the water, lower the anemone into the water just above the surface and let its own mass dislodge it, may take a few minutes but it works and its safe.

The best luck I've had with RBTAs is blowing on their foot with a power head. Try to blow under it as it comes off.

Hope it helps,
