well I just finished fragging our new polyps and they are recovering as we speak. still a little nervous to see how its going to turn out, as this is our first time fragging, but they look like they should be ok. I used a razor to seperate the membrane and then used a chisel to crack the rock beneath them so we shall see how they turn out. I have some one that wants 1st crack but it looks like I may have a 4,8,10, and 20 polyp frags up for sale soon. will post them as soon as they heal. keeping our fingers crossed that they do well.

:D

here is the mother colony

PLEASE USE PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR WHEN FRAGGING ZOANTHIDS! Zoas and palys pack a VERY powerful toxin that can leave you blind or cause SERIOUS eye damage. They can squirt it out and they squirt far, so please be careful when fragging.

I'd also suggest wearing latex gloves. Wash your hands after handling and fragging zoas.

yeah I made sure to wrap up good. changed gloves midway through due to the fact that it was taking a lot of time and I had alot of water on my gloves and hands. washed up about 6 times after I was done. VERY PARANOID when handling my zoas and palys now after reading the RC thread. Thank you for lookin out though.

BTW frags are opened up already so I will be mounting the smaller ones and setting them up soon.
