I bought a used system that has PC lighting I want to convert to VHO's.

The ballasts are generic f-cans (the only marking on them is "D733" writtten in marker).

Each ballast is wired to power 2x96w pc's for a 192w total.

Question:
Can I run 1x160w, 72" vho bulb on each ballast?
I know there must be more to it than "a watts a watt".
I added a couple of pics (if this helps)

Thanks in advance.
Steve

Some ballast are made for different lamp combinations. If your ballast is not listed for that I would not try it.

I think its mostly on the fireing up on lights that would do somethen. Cause with the 220 light you have MH and then HPS. And how they start up is difference. I wouldnt try it. All you need is couple of bombs above your tank.
