critter ID please!!

What is this little "reef sarlacc"? Spaghetti worm? He's eating a bit of shrimp in this picture.

First is a spaghetti worm they are harmless and help clean the detritus up. They can become a problem if left out of control as they can irritate polyps and make them stay closed. But I don't know of anything that will eat them. If they are in the sand you can siphon them out with a turkey baster. They second I am not sure maybe a blasto. hth

the second one is my lil' open brain...that was just a bonus photo. I was just wondering about the first picture. I have maybe 4 or 5 of them that I've seen throughout the tank but they aren't close enough to anything to be a problem....yet! They are actually quite interesting to watch dragging pieces of debris toward their center.

they are neat. I have about 5 or so in my nano and they don't harm or irritate anything as well.
