Fixing my 12 gallon lighting

I just picked up an early model "not sure how early" JBJ 12G CUBE. It only came with one 24watt pc that is currently not operational due to what i guess is the ballast. It has two fans that come on when the switch is hit though. I am guessing it would be easiest to get a retrofit kit im just not sure how or where to begin because im not sure what works on my current lights and which kit i should go with because ive just started to research it. I would like something that would allow me to have seperate controls for actenic and possibly some moonlights in between 50-70 watts. I am looking to grow Zoos and softies. Thanks - Andrew

throw that hood away. get a new light and go topless like a orbit halide fixture comes with lunar lights etc fans thats what i would do. you can find one on ebay or buy new other than that you can buy a new stock hod from nano tuners
