I went by today @ 12 when they were supposed to open @11 and the lights are on but a sign is on the door from the 25th saying the property company shut them down for non-payment.

I went by Friday about 5pm. Closed with a note on the door about rent money owed?

Hope someone is at least able to get in and make sure the critters are ok.

Was in there on Sunday. Definitely going to be under new ownership. From what I understand this is the first official change of ownership that has been approved by the landlord and the courts. Apparently there was some difficulties due to the attempted and unsanctioned "transfer" that was occurring when the current owner obtained the business.

I talked with the new owner and she seems enthusiastic and ready to turn the place around. She hopes to be open by next week if I understood her correctly.
