Food for corals

I would be interested in knowing what everybody feeds their corals. I am currently using a Phyto feast by reef nutrition, is there anything I should be adding to this to cover all bases? I have about half and half soft and hard corals.

fish poop :) well, i am not feeding them, but my fish are ;) i have toyed with the blu method recipe and eric borneman's recipe, and even have some in the freezer, but so far, my nutrient levels are pretty high as is because of my high fish load.

Maybe you need a bigger skimmer? lol I use Borenmans recipe and everyone loves it, fish included.
