I just spent the last 2 1/2 hours talking to Louis the Owner of Aquatic Wearhouse from 1am to 3:30am, talking to him about everything known to man on how to build a sump, and what type of fish to have, to you name it. In my 4 1/2 years of Owning Aquariums, I have never experienced that kind of customer service. :D

I'm a store manager of Walgreens in Austin, and I put up a thread on how to do something. He went out of his way to help, consult and even solve all of my questions that I have been asking. :huh

I live an hour and 30 min from his store, and he has forever earned my business. I have a 75g freshwater, and a 29g saltwater, and still going. Just wanted All you fish lovers in Austin, and San Antonio, that this guy is the Real Deal. Im new to saltwater and Im sure I asked the same question 2 and 3 times, even though I kinda knew the answer, and every time he broke it down for me again, and again. :lol

Thank you Louis for All you have done for me so far and you have earned my business for a very long time. :roll

I had to get my 240 drilled by this Saturday, and Louis was willing to come by my house after hours to help me out. I originally was going to go with another LFS (before I heard Louis drilled) and the LFS (not going to say the name because that would not be professional, but I will say they are not MAAST sponsors and are minutes from Aquatic Warehouse) gave me the run around and kept putting me aside until I could not wait any longer. Then the LFS told me he could not do it because he has too many customers coming into his store (this was 3 different calls). I will no longer be visiting this LFS for this reason as well as for other reasons not stated here. On top of all of this the LFS told me not to have the manufacturer drill and install overflows, because he could beat their price. This is true, he gave me a quote that was about half of their price, but when it came down to actually doing the work, he completely dropped the ball and left me hanging. I give the utmost props to Louis and his store for their professionalism as well as reliability Aquatic Warehouse will have my business for years to come.

I would tend to agree about that place as well. They are entirely too busy to have good customer service, although they have some nice stuff. I think these both are great places, but I could understand the Customer Service issues!!!!
