Flying Pods?

This morning when I turned on the lights there were tons of pods(?) on my glass. They looked like normal pods but they had circles around them like a UFO shape, and when they let go of the tank they glided around, landed and folded up their wings, for lack of a better word. Anyone know what this things are?

Also sounds like juvenile aiptasia. I believe they can have a larval stage and swim around like jellyfish.
