Went into RiverCity looking for a pump and SCWD.
Spoke with Carlos the other day and he said he'd work me up a MAAST price.
I'd much rather spend my money supporting our LFS as long as the prices are in the same ballpark.
Carlos gave me the prices and I had my new Mag 9.5 and SCWD.
I knew the prices were good, but just out of curiosity I went online to compare.
Using a popular aquatic website and E-bay I priced the items. (All brand new)
I figured the website would be a little cheaper and E-bay a little cheaper than that.
WRONG.
Website cost exactly $17 MORE than RC.
E-bay (using best buy-it-now pricing on new item) cost exactly $9 MORE than RC.
Results include shipping charges online or tax locally so these are total prices.
Local support AND the best pricing.
Again, Kudos to Carlos and RiverCity.
