Come on Ed, last week US Scare had 100,000 travelers stranded because of a computer crash, and my daughter was stuck in Miami for 3 days because American was totally screwed up. I'll take SWA anytime over the others...

Wow, I thought one day was bad. Really it was the fact that the front counter trainer used profanity to describe us when we tried to check in, and when we asked them what we should do they just shrugged. Everything is here except the shipment with the marshall and the redis, we are on our way to pick it up now.
